We’re excited to welcome Parisa to our team! 🙌

Parisa is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with a Doctorate in Pharmacy and postgraduate training in diabetes education. With experience as a pharmacist in Australia and overseas, she brings a unique, holistic understanding of nutrition, medications, and chronic disease care.

Her approach is simple: no judgement, no fads — just practical, personalised nutrition that fits real life. Parisa works closely with clients to support sustainable lifestyle changes, improve food confidence, and make healthy eating achievable (and enjoyable!).

Her areas of interest include diabetes, weight management, gut health, heart health, sports nutrition, and general healthy eating.

Fun fact: Parisa is also a trained pastry chef 👩‍🍳 — proof that healthy eating and enjoying food can go hand in hand!
