Tonight we have our monthly Chips & Chat mental health meetup.
We’ll be chatting about and workshopping ways to calm, self soothe, build coping strategies and develop ways to navigate life when it feels a bit overwhelming and we need to access a few tools in our toolbox.
Together, we’ll create a fabulous toolbox to make into usable well-being cards.
Come along in person on join us online (message us via our page for the Zoom link and password)
6-7:30pm
Arana Hills Library.
See you tonight!
We hope everyone is safe and secure after the crazy weather event that was named Alfred. Many people were affected with power and internet outages and flooding damage. We hope everyone is coping OK and that life is starting to feel back to somewhat normal again.
When life brings stressful and unpredictable moments, it can feel overwhelming and may leave us feeling unsure about how we will cope. Often we can use coping strategies and little tricks to help us feel more at ease and able to navigate moments of stress and worry.
So, for our next Chips & Chat Mental Health Meetup, we're going to chat about real-life and helpful strategies to support ourselves when feeling activated or uncertain.
We'll do some brainstorming and write down all our tried and tested tips and tricks, to create our own wellbeing cards as a helpful resource or toolkit.
We welcome everyone’s input, as practical ideas that really work, can be genius life hacks for everyone!
All materials, chips & drinks provided.
If you can’t make it in person and would like to join us online, please message us and we will send you a zoom link and password.
See you all on Wednesday 26th March.
