Skin cancer is not picky - it doesn’t care if you’re sunbathing in Bali or just mowing the lawn in Brisbane. The good news? You can outsmart it. If you notice a growing lesion, a new lesion, new pigmentation, changes in any lesions or moles, remember to get it checked or biopsied. This lesion looked and smelled like a skin cancer, we did an excisional biopsy as soon as we could with adequate margins. Don’t wait and let a lesion grow, it’ll only make the surgery more difficult

A few tips if you are using estrogen patches. Forgot to add each brand of patch use a different adhesives, so if you think you’re allergic to adhesive to 1 brand, you can absolutely try another brand. The only issue with patches is the patch shortages.

A difficult area to treat, and dealing with this area requires experience, as badly placed injectable implants can give long term problems. I hope I have done a reasonable job to explain using the simplest language for you to understand why this area needs different modalities to get good results
