Here’s a simple way to try it today:

🌬️ Take a few deep breaths and think of three things you’re grateful for right now.

☕ Maybe it’s your morning coffee, the sunshine, or a friend who makes you smile.

Write them down 📓 and if you want to go deeper, add the magic word: because.

For example: “I’m thankful for my morning coffee because it gave me a calm start to my day.

“I am grateful for the bed I slept in last night as I was safe, comfortable and warm”

That little word helps you connect gratitude to the positive feelings it creates.

✨ BIG ANNOUNCEMENT ✨

A couple of weeks ago I dived into 5 days of intense NLP & Hypnotics training with Chris Howard right here in Bali again for level 2 masters.

Yesterday… I sat my test, and whoop whoop – I PASSED! 🎉💪 Go me!

I’m now officially certified as an NLP & Hypnotics Coach – Level 1 & 2 (with an epic twist of incorporating AI into it).
With Chris Howard’s epic life.ai

This adds to my already obtained certifications in:
✅ NLP
✅ Timeline Therapy
✅ Positive Psychology
✅ Breathwork and mediation practitioner
✅ Hypnosis
✅ Level 1 Life Coaching
✅ Personal Trainer and a few others on tool kit.

I have to say I’m really proud of myself. ❤️
I absolutely love learning, but being in a classroom environment is always an interesting experience for me. So much came up during this training and I’ll be sharing more about that soon.

Why did I do this?

Because I’m a completely different person than I was 3 years ago. I take things in differently now, I’m ready to go deeper, and I was lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time here in Bali to train live with Chris and expand my toolkit even further. Chris has been in this game for decades.

Chris has taken his lifelong skills and experience in NLP, hypnosis, and transformation, and partnered them with AI to create a superconscious intensive training blending traditional techniques with cutting-edge technology. 🚀

I’ve already started using these new tools with clients and the results have been next level. They’re blown away… their words:

Today, we pause to honour the brave men and women who have served our country — those who fought, those who fell, and those who still carry the memories.

ANZAC Day is more than a date on the calendar.

It’s a reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and unshakable spirit that helped shape the freedoms we know today.

As the sun rises and sets, may we never take that peace for granted.

May we remember the lives given, the families affected, and the legacy left behind.

Their courage wasn’t just in battle — it was in their willingness to serve something greater than themselves.

And it’s our responsibility to keep their memory alive.
