Kate is an excellent PT and motivator, having trained with her for over a year she helped me reach my goal of losing 6kg and maintain the weight loss. Every training session is different so you don’t get bored and as she does the exercises’ with you, you can see what she is asking of you is achievable. I would highly recommend Kate as she is not just another PT she is has a genuine interest in her clients and designs the sessions for you, she also provides advice and tip on nutrition and other things you can be doing between sessions to hit your goals quicker. This time of year can feel harder than we expect.

Extra food around.
More social events.
Less routine.

Less space to breathe.

And for a lot of women, food becomes the easiest way to cope.

Not because you lack willpower.
Not because you are doing anything wrong.

But because your nervous system is tired and food feels comforting, familiar and safe.

What I see so often is women beating themselves up for eating more, wanting more sugar, or feeling out of control around food.

That inner voice gets loud.

You should know better.

You have ruined everything.

You will start again in January.

But what if this season was not about control.

What if it was about awareness.

About listening to your body instead of fighting it.

About noticing when food is comfort rather than hunger and offering yourself kindness instead of criticism.
