Imagine what would be possible if you could embrace your fear and powerfully express it. Do you know how that could look or feel? Most of us haven’t been given the skills to experience this, but that doesn’t mean you can’t try.
Seek support, whether from a friend or a peer, to understand fear. Only then can you become familiar with it, and familiarity builds comfort.
