Care by Phoenix is currently hiring –
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team to support clients Landsborough. We are looking to fill shifts for a male participant Monday night and 2 Saturday shifts per month 7.30-10.30pm possible to lead to more hours for fill in shifts for two participants local to Landsborough.
The right candidate will have the following:
• Disability Worker Screening Card (Mandatory)
• Working With Children Check (Mandatory)
• Drivers License (Mandatory)
• Your own vehicle - registered and fully insured (Mandatory)
• Current First Aid certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Current CPR training (or willing to obtain)
• Current Police Clearance less than 3 months old (or willing to obtain)
• Cert III in Individual Support or above (or willing to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Modules (or willing to obtain)
• Any other beneficial additional training will be highly regarded
Personal Care experience preferred but not essential.
Epilepsy knowledge, training and management preferred but not essential.
Evening / night shifts and possible sleepovers available.
