Prenatal Restorative yoga classes are created specifically for mums-to-be. Restorative yoga is a beautiful, nourishing and supportive practice using bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps to provide complete support for the entire body.

This practice promotes deep rest both for the mind and body, deeply supporting the brain and the body’s tissues, allowing them to let go and relax. It can help alleviate stress, anxiety, fatigue, exhaustion and provides support to the vagus nerve.

These classes help build a strong connection with both pregnant women’s changing bodies and their baby in preparation for birth. Our prenatal yoga classes cater for all fitness levels, whether you have been exercising before your pregnancy or want to start now to best take care of yourself and your baby.

The first connection between parent and baby is through physical loving touch. Learning baby massage techniques early sets up deep emotional bonds, builds confidence in understanding how babies communicate and their cues, and helps your little one feel securely attached, laying down the foundations for a lifetime of trust, respect, and compassion. What to do when you need a massage between massages??​​​​​​​​​Restore & Release is an amazing hour spent rolling everything from your back, neck and shoulders to your buttocks, legs and feet. Relieving loads of built up muscle tension all over your whole body, you’ll feel amazing after this class!

This class involves the use of foam rollers and massage balls for self-myofascial release, increasing flexibility and mobility, assisting in the recovery of muscles following physical activity, helping to minimise post-exercise muscle soreness and reducing tension and tightness in muscles and connective tissue.

Pregnancy is a time for huge changes for our body, but we rarely think about how much change we go through after giving birth! In the postpartum period our bodies and brains go through a longer time of recovery and further changes than we often realise. Mothers need to be supported just as much during postpartum as during pregnancy. ​​​​​​​​​

This Pilates class is designed to help women regain their stability, strength and alignment following pregnancy and birth. We focus on re-strengthening pelvic floor muscles, repairing abdominal separation and alleviating pain and postural issues that may be occurring.

We create a supportive and empowering environment for you to safely return to exercise while connecting with other mums and share some bonding time with your baby.

We go with the flow in our mums & bubs classes so you don’t have to worry if your baby needs to be held, fed, etc. We can modify exercises so you can hold your baby the whole time if you want to, or if they need you to.

Conversely, if you prefer to come without your baby to have some time just for you, that is totally fine too!

Even if you didn’t exercise or practice Pilates during or before your pregnancy, this class is a great way to get you feeling stronger and healthier.

It is suitable to attend after your 6 week follow up and the go-ahead from your GP or obstetrician. No previous experience is needed.

Looking after ourselves during pregnancy so we can feel as good as possible is pretty vital - we need to care for our bodies as well as our minds during what can sometimes be a stressful time, and a time of lots of changes. When we care for ourselves we are caring for our babies too!​​​​​​​​​
Prenatal yoga classes are created for mums-to-be to help maintain their fitness and flexibility throughout their pregnancy, alleviate those common aches and pains and to help build a strong connection with both their changing bodies and their baby in preparation for birth.

Our prenatal yoga classes cater for all fitness levels, whether you have been exercising before your pregnancy or want to start now to best take care of yourself and your baby.

This class is suitable to attend after the first trimester, or from the beginning of your pregnancy if you already have a regular yoga practice and you feel up to it. It is safe to practice right up to full term if you have no contraindications. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

If you love a yoga class that leaves you feeling all stretched out, come along for Yin Yoga. This style of yoga is a deep stretch class that has a strong focus on breath as we soften down into each pose and take a longer hold uniting the body, breath and mind. This class is set to stretch deep tissue muscle, connective tissue and fascia, and also clear and focus the mind.​​​​​​​​​
These poses may produce strong stretch sensations where focusing on the breath and calming the mind will help to let the tissues lengthen into the stretch.

Often for many women, we get so caught up in the day to day that we don’t prioritize ourselves, our health and wellbeing. Our Women’s Womb Yoga classes are an opportunity to take some time out to come back into our body and really listen to what it’s telling us about what we need. ​​​​​​​​​
This is a nurturing woman-centred class to support those wanting a yoga practice that promotes their feminine health and wellbeing by learning to honour their menstrual cycle, and modifying the practice and poses based on where they're at in their cycle.

These classes can help educate and empower women to understand how their cycle health is a reflection of general health and what effects a disordered cycle can have. They also support those with pelvic pain disorders such as endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome and a history of pelvic trauma.

This yoga practice also assists with reducing anxiety and stress that is a very common issue for women, whether due to work, family, financial or personal worries.

Womb support yoga has a multifaceted approach to women's health, supporting the spiritual, emotional and physical aspects of the woman. Classes consist of a blend of restorative poses, vinyasa flows, meditation, yoga nidra and pranayama practice.

There is also a deep sense of community support as you share time and space with other like-minded women.

Your baby also benefits hugely from the exercise you do throughout pregnancy.

Energize & Nurture is a cardio and strength class designed for pregnant women. It gives you a great, effective, whole body work out that is varied and modifiable so no matter where you're at in your pregnancy, you can work to a level that is right for you.

You will learn safe exercise guidelines for pregnancy, and how to modify or suppliment for your favourite exercises, as well as helping to reduce, minimise or manage common pregnancy complaints. We will also help work to build endurance and strength that will help you prepare for labour, birth and motherhood.

It is suitable for all fitness levels, for beginners through to advanced, and keeps your training interesting and your mind engaged.

Our Fertility Yoga is a nurturting woman-centred class to support those on a fertility journey, both natural and assisted. It is designed to boost women's health and wellbeing, assisted by learning to honour her menstrual cycle and engage tools to help prepare for conception.

These classes can help educate and empower women to understand how their cycle health may impact fertilty and give them tools to improve their health and wellbeing. They also support those with pelvic pain disorders such as endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome and a history of pelvic trauma.
