Vaidya Pradeep Neupane is an authentic qualified Ayurvedic practitioner trained in the original land of Ayurveda, i.e. He is a graduate in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) . This 6 years of full time university degree includes one year rotational internship in Ayurvedic Hospitals. Panchakarma is not just a physical cleanse, but a mental one too, because so many of our health issues stem from a troubled mind. Physically, it’s clear: you get treatments, take herbs, follow a diet, do Ayurvedic routines, and exercise.

Abhyanga – The Holy Grail of Ayurveda.
The simplest, yet most powerful practice to enhance your health and well-being.

Here’s how to do self-abhyanga. You can detox, heal, and rejuvenate on a daily basis at the cost of 15 minutes and a few mls of oil.
Not able to do it daily? No problem! Aim for twice a week or at least once a week. Your body requires maintenance, when you fail it, it fails you…

During my Panchakarma treatments, I make sure to incorporate self-abhyanga on days without scheduled treatments to enhance the cleanse and keep the detox process consistent.
