I'm a counsellor providing individual online counselling on a Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and client-centred approach (English and Portuguese). I have a Psychology degree in Brazill, where I worked in my private practice for more than 3 years and in mental health and AOD in therapeutic community settings. In 2020, I started my Master of Counselling at the University of Canberra. My approaches are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and client-centred counselling (CCC). I have experience with youth, parenting, trauma, mental health, immigrants and international students.
