This man is the epitome of hard work.

Congrats to Norm Prowse for getting 4th in his age group at Challenge-Taiwan 70.3 earlier this month.

A few hard learned lessons around hydration that should soon be smoothed out before Tweed Coast Enduro.

Looking forward to seeing a Kona finishers medal added to the mantle soon there Norm!
