As many of my clients know, I'm passionate about helping people and love being in clinic treating and educating.

The past six weeks have been particularly challenging due to an injury resulting in costcochondritis which is a condition that causes inflammation in the cartilage that connects the ribs to the breastbone (sternum). It causes sharp pain in the chest. I've had to take pain medication every 4-6hrs, apply ice packs and been unable to raise my arms up, lift or turn without sharp pain.

Yesterday, I was able to try a new product through a company I've worked with for the past 7 years and recieved some great relief and increased movement.

Applied this amazing product a couple of times last night and today. I haven't taken pain medication for 24hrs.

Looking forward to being able to get back into clinic and incorporate this new massage & soothing gel to asllsist clients with recovery and relief.
