Our Youth Bloom Transition Services empower young people aged 15–21, especially those transitioning from out-of-home care, to build life skills, access education and employment, and receive mental health support.

Our Ipswich Medicare Mental Health Centre crew had an amazing time at Ipswich City Council’s Annual NAIDOC Family and Cultural Celebration yesterday!

With 113 stalls, there was so much to see, do, and celebrate and we loved every minute of it. Thanks to everyone who stopped by for a chat, a laugh, or to learn more about mental health support in the community 💬💙
