There's no such thing as 'good' or 'bad' foods - only good or bad diets! If you've been munching on fruit and salad all day, a burger or some fish and chips might be just what your body craves. Every food offers different nutrients, and no single item can provide everything we need.
Remember, meat, poultry, and fish are great source of iron, zinc, and B vitamins - just eat in moderation, two or three times a week!
