It's been 15.5 years supporting preggie & postnatal women! Yes, my favourite customer is almost 15 years old & lying back cinema-style for a "teen clean".

As you can see from my deck in Longreach, I have the best of both worlds. Due to recent flooding out West, I have opened up extra days next week and still have a few gaps.

I have also added a postnatal Belly Binding class next Wednesday afternoon with a limit of four couples.

I'm planning Birth Ed classes for groups, too, so watch this space.

Traditional Belly Binding workshop for couples to learn how to bind postnatally to fix Diastasis Recti or tummy muscle separation issues - this Wednesday, January 22nd from 12.15 pm - 1.15 pm.

This is a practical workshop for postpartum Mumma's and their support person (husband, mother, doula). Bind hire fee included. Babies and children are welcome.

I drove through this mist as the sun rose on one side and the full moon descended on the other. I knew then that this would be a magical journey to you because I literally couldn't see through the mist but I felt "the veil between worlds" part that mystics refer to. I drove us through, with no visibility, for what seemed like the longest time, in awe and with trust into the other side of the unknown.

This week WAS magical. Birth, life, death and rebirth. I held space with it all. Breathing with the Birth Ready women as they shed remnants of pain and fear - opening the portal into the unknown. Crying with a Mama grieving the sadness of birthing her lost babe. Hearing birth stories interwoven with intracacies of loss underpinned by a rite of passage interrupted. Seeing the unfolding of Mama's struggling to know how to recover from postnatal depletion. Hearing how a client changed her birth plan to home birth as a result of my Birth Choices education consult. Witnessing the blissful gratitude of what just unfolded beyond words and between worlds. Just beautiful. I'm so grateful.

See you in September school holidays. Dates just listed online. For now, it's back to my bush-sabbatical: being a death doula for my Dad.
