More information about the dangers of taking excessively high doses of Vitamin B6.
While the doses in some supplements may be high eg Mega B vitamins, many people don’t realise that B6 is in many of their supplements including magnesium and zinc.
This means they may not be aware they are getting B6 from multiple supplements and some energy drinks.
Let’s hope the TGA regulates this and these supplements are then only available after seeing the pharmacist.
