Personal experiences in my life made me change my career from a Graphic Designer to working in health and fitness, so that I can help people achieve their goals or overcome injuries and weaknesses. I have learnt a lot about my own body in recent years and this has helped me learn how to deal with many injuries, imbalances and weaknesses. I can help you get back to what you love using massage/relea

se and strength work or help you start a new life of fitness safely and slowly, allowing your body to adapt to the new stresses.
