Movement is a really important strategy for those living with pain. The research shows us that there is no one size fits all approach when it comes to finding the right exercise. It’s important to find a way to move that feels good for you and your body, ensuring it’s a movement or exercise that’s enjoyable and that you can do consistently!
A multidisciplinary approach to care is the gold standard for people challenged by persistent pain. Having a team of trusted healthcare professionals around you, will really help you in your journey.

Technology plays a crucial role for Healthia (ASX: HLA) team members in treating more than 2 million patients that have visited a Healthia clinic.
Since launching the Healthia Technology Roadmap in 2022, core business developments are being rolled out across the Healthia network of more than 320 allied health clinics to streamline and simplify clinic operations. These improvements are designed to enable team members to spend less time on business administration and more time delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Click below to view the Technology Roadmap.
Phase 2 of the Roadmap is on track for completion in June 2023, which will consolidate Healthia’s internal support systems into one platform. This will drive professional development for team members and further centralise all business administration functions.
Phase 3 of the Roadmap will then commence, focusing on the patient interface to further streamline information on treatment programs and patient outcomes, including cross promotion of services offered by Healthia.
Further information about the Roadmap and network growth pipeline is also available in the latest Healthia Presentation here:https://www.healthia.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/2A1434426_HLA.pdf
