Norths goalkeeper Emily Burrows is doing a Q&A on mental health for athletes on the UQ Sport Instagram tomorrow afternoon at 3pm.

Emily, who has a Bachelor of Psychology and a Masters of Counselling and is passionate about athlete welfare, performance psychology and team culture, will discuss how athletes can have a positive mindset while in isolation.

Update: the Queensland government have now deemed remedial massage an essential service. I will be soon be working from home again. Just have to sort out the online schooling situation first. Watch this space!

Hey peeps. Kailo will be closing this week. The PM just announced, among other things, that spas are to close by midnight tomorrow night except for services provided by health professionals. As this includes Remedial Massage Therapists, I am still providing remedial massage treatments from my own place in Fortitude Valley, and will continue until the government or my professional association advise to cease. I am taking my temperature regularly to ensure I do not have a fever and there is not much chance of contact with anyone else besides me.
