We are here to help people to learn, empower, heal and thrive via expanding understanding about minerals, whole foods and stress, so each individual can find balance and flow in their body. I am here to share my knowledge and experience around healthy eating, whole foods (often via a Thermomix), understanding how minerals and vitamins run our body and how each individual can be empowered to take control of their health. I share information about how what you eat, impacts on your body, mind and spirit – making the science less daunting, bringing it to everyone and having some fun along the way too. I love helping others, I have done it for a long time before finding myself in this field – now I get to bring my many years of science knowledge together with my training and education, business and family-related skills, into a place for helping many at once, not just a few. I love seeing the ripple effect of my education and support on others – I have seen lives transform after clients have their minerals tested and then realise that they aren’t “broken” and that they have hope for a brighter, happier, HEALTHIER future, that nobody else has been able to help them find. Constant muscle tension is one of the quiet signs of a nervous system that’s been under pressure for too long.

You don’t need more willpower.

You need enough safety, minerals, and rest for your body to stop bracing.

Small changes to your posture like this, along with slowly adding minerals and nutrients back in to offset imbalances are where healing actually starts.

Overthinking is often a sign the body doesn’t feel resourced or safe yet, not a flaw in your personality.

A few gentle, do-able ways to support your nervous system each day:

• Mineral- and nutrient-rich breakfast
Think real food that you enjoy and that actually satisfies you — not a “perfect” breakfast.
For some that’s eggs with butter and sautéed veggies, for others it might be leftovers from dinner, soup, slow-cooked meat, yoghurt with fruit, or toast with a proper protein alongside. The goal is nourishment from WHOLE FOODS and not stressed by what you ‘should’ or ‘should not’ include.

• Slow nasal breathing
A few minutes of breathing in and out through your nose (especially with a longer exhale) tells your nervous system you’re not under threat.

• No stimulants before food
Caffeine on an empty system can push stress chemistry higher. Even a small amount of food first can change how your body responds and reduce that wired-but-tired feeling.

Small, consistent support adds up.
Calm isn’t forced — it’s built.

That tight neck, heavy shoulders, and constant upper-back tension isn’t just from “bad posture” or sitting too much.

It’s what happens when the nervous system never gets the signal that the stress is actually over.

Years of pressure, illness, emotional load, survival mode (yes, including the post-covid years) keep the body subtly braced, even when life looks “normal” again.

Releasing this isn’t about forcing stretches or pushing through discomfort.

It’s about helping the body feel safe enough to let go.

Start gently:
• Slow nasal breathing with long exhales
• Warmth (heat packs, warm showers)
• Mineral repletion to support muscle relaxation and nerve signalling
• Consistent rest instead of “crashing” only when you’re depleted

When the nervous system finally downshifts, the body softens on its own.

This is the kind of recovery most people were never taught, and why tension doesn’t resolve with willpower alone.

A lot of people think these shifts are just “how I am now.”
