But instead of checking minerals, stress load, or nervous system health… most get told:
“Take this pill.”
“Your labs are normal.”

Or my personal favorite:
“You’re a busy woman, of course you’re tired.”
No.
You’re not tired — you’re running on empty because your minerals, hormones, and nervous system can’t keep up.
