We are here to help people to learn, empower, heal and thrive via expanding understanding about minerals, whole foods and stress, so each individual can find balance and flow in their body. I am here to share my knowledge and experience around healthy eating, whole foods (often via a Thermomix), understanding how minerals and vitamins run our body and how each individual can be empowered to take c

ontrol of their health. I share information about how what you eat, impacts on your body, mind and spirit – making the science less daunting, bringing it to everyone and having some fun along the way too. I love helping others, I have done it for a long time before finding myself in this field – now I get to bring my many years of science knowledge together with my training and education, business and family-related skills, into a place for helping many at once, not just a few. I love seeing the ripple effect of my education and support on others – I have seen lives transform after clients have their minerals tested and then realise that they aren’t “broken” and that they have hope for a brighter, happier, HEALTHIER future, that nobody else has been able to help them find. Now I am seeing testimonials come through with people functioning better than ever before, to dropping symptoms they have had for years – all because they have learned about their own body and biology!

There’s so much pressure to get everything “right” with food… grass-fed, pasture-raised, organic, perfect quality…

And while those things can have benefits, this is where it can start working against you.

Because then it becomes:
“i’ll wait until i can get the better version”
“i won’t eat this because it’s not ideal”
“this isn’t good enough”

And suddenly, you’re eating less, stressing more, and your body is getting less of what it actually needs.

Conventional foods are still giving you nutrients.
Your body can still use them.
they still support you.

And most of the time, being consistently nourished matters far more than getting everything perfect.

Good. Better. Best.
Do the best you can with what you have available. Take the pressure off ✨

Comment NOURISH if you’ve been overthinking food and feel like your body is asking for more support, not more pressure!

You’re not scrolling for hours because you’re lazy… this is something I see so often…

People who care deeply, who want to show up, get things done, feel better… but instead find themselves stuck in cycles like this. I’ve seen it in my own world too!

Scrolling instead of resting, avoiding things that feel “too much”, putting off even simple tasks.

Not because they don’t want to do them, but because their body feels overwhelmed.

When your nervous system has been under pressure for a long time, even small things can feel like a lot.

So your body tries to protect you by slowing things down, avoiding, or shutting off.

It’s not a discipline problem.

Your nervous system is working HARD!

it’s a capacity problem. Your nervous system is working in overdrive and you’re likely depleted too. Scrolling is a coping mechanism.

And pushing harder with ‘I SHOULD just stop’ usually just makes it worse.

Supporting your body so it actually is feeling safe again at a deep level, replenishing the depleted nutrients and helping you to find what ‘balanced’ is for you, can help shift habits.

A lot of people think improving low ferritin is just about taking more iron.

But when the body is actually supported properly, people often notice:

steadier energy
less dizziness
deeper sleep
warmer hands + feet
less brain fog
feeling calmer overall

Because iron doesn’t work alone.

Minerals, nourishment, stress levels, and nervous system health all play a role in how the body actually makes and uses energy.

That’s why I’m hosting a FREE webinar:
“Iron Blood Test Results Explained”

Inside, I’ll walk you through:
• why ferritin alone doesn’t tell the full story
• the markers most women are missing
• and what to ask for in your next blood test

📍June 11 — 10am AEST
📍June 10 — 8pm EST

No one talks enough about how much chronic stress depletes vitamin c + key minerals like potassium and sodium…

Which is why so many women feel:

exhausted
wired
shaky
overwhelmed
like they crash every afternoon

This is one of the simplest ways I support my energy every day!!

It’s not about doing more,
it’s about giving your body what it’s actually missing.

Something as simple as this can make a noticeable difference in:

energy
resilience
nervous system support
how well your body handles stress over time

Especially if you’ve been feeling tired, wired, or depleted lately ✨

Comment RECIPE and I’ll send you the exact adrenal cocktail recipe + how to use it.

A regulated nervous system doesn’t always look obvious or different.

Sometimes it looks like:

• sleeping more deeply
• feeling calmer in your body
• not reacting to every little thing
• having steadier energy
• finally feeling able to slow down

This is why healing isn’t always about “doing more.”

A lot of the time, it’s about creating enough safety and support for the body to stop living in survival mode 💛

And honestly?
Most people don’t realise how long they’ve been functioning in stress until their body finally starts calming down.

Sometimes calming down, actually doesn’t feel good at first - it’s THAT foreign, it’s not comfortable.

Comment NOURISH and tell me what symptoms you’ve been struggling with, i’d genuinely love to hear what’s been going on and see if i can help point you in the right direction.

This isn’t an isolated situation.

A lot of women are loading with magnesium consistently, doing what they’ve been told, expecting to feel calmer…

And instead feel more wired, more restless, or like nothing is really shifting.

Not because magnesium is “bad”… but because it’s not always the full picture.

Magnesium works within a system.

It depends on things like overall mineral balance (e.g. intake of sodium, potassium) more than what is often focused on. This also impacts on how your body is handling stress, and whether your nervous system actually has the capacity to dynamically adjust to magnesium metabolically.

If the body is already depleted or under pressure, adding one supplement on its own (often in large amounts) doesn’t always land the way you expect it to.

Often it’s the speed of adding (if a little is good ≠ a lot must be better, NOW!)

Sometimes it’s the type (citrate ≠ good!)

Sometimes it’s the timing.
Most of the time it’s that the body needs more support around it, not just one mineral.

That’s why for some women, symptoms don’t improve… or even feel more noticeable.

It’s not that you’re doing something wrong, magnesium is wonderful!
It’s that your body needs a more complete approach.

If this sounds like your experience and you want to understand whether magnesium is right for you and how to use it properly…

So many women get stuck in the cycle of:

low ferritin → more iron → still exhausted.

Because iron doesn’t work in isolation.

Your body also relies on things like:
copper
retinol
magnesium
potassium
nervous system regulation
proper nourishment

To actually make and use energy effectively.

This is why some people keep supplementing iron and still feel:
• tired
• foggy
• anxious
• overwhelmed
• exhausted after sleeping

The goal isn’t just “more iron.”
It’s supporting the body as a whole so it can actually function properly!

A lot of women are doing exactly what they’ve been told… taking iron, trying to improve their levels, doing everything they can to feel better… and still not feeling like themselves.

That’s where it gets confusing.

Because when nothing changes, it starts to feel like your body just isn’t responding.

But iron doesn’t work on its own.

It depends on things like:

- mineral balance
- how the body is recycling iron
- nourishment
- nervous system health
- the level of stress your system is under

If those foundations aren’t supported, you can keep adding more iron… and still feel stuck.

This is why so many women feel:

exhausted
foggy
anxious
wired but tired

even when their labs look “better.”

It’s not about doing more…
It’s about supporting your body in the way it actually needs.

If this sounds like your experience and you want to understand what your body actually needs,

Here are 5 phrases that help doctors take chronic symptoms more seriously:

1️⃣ “This is affecting my daily functioning, not just my comfort.”
2️⃣ “These symptoms are persistent and worsening over time.”
3️⃣ “I’ve already tried the standard recommendations without improvement.”
4️⃣ “I’m concerned there’s an underlying pattern driving this, not just isolated symptoms.”
5️⃣ “What are the next steps if this doesn’t resolve?”

You’re not being dramatic.
You’re being clear.

Clear language helps shift the conversation from reassurance to investigation.

If you’ve been living in your body long enough to know something isn’t right, trust that.

Follow along if you want education that helps you advocate for your health, understand root causes, and stop normalising symptoms that aren’t normal.

So many women are stuck in the cycle of:
low ferritin → supplements → still exhausted.

Because low iron rarely happens in isolation.

Minerals like:

magnesium
copper
potassium
sodium
retinol (vitamin A)

all work together with the nervous system to help the body actually make and use energy properly.

This is why so many people notice:
• temporary improvement
• energy crashes returning
• anxiety + fatigue sticking around
• hair shedding continuing
• cycles still feeling off

The body needs more than “just iron”!

And honestly?
“just take more iron” is some of the most incomplete advice people with low ferritin keep hearing.

Comment low iron and i’ll send you a free guide that explains what could actually be causing your fatigue and why iron alone isn’t always the answer 👇🏻
