We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, people-loving Customer Service & Retail Team Member to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

🕒 Hours
▪️20–25 hours per week
▪️Opportunity to grow for the right team member

💪 About the Role

You’ll be the face of Powerhouse — welcoming members, assisting with enquiries, supporting retail and pro shop sales, cleaning and helping create an incredible gym experience every single day.

👋 What We’re Looking For
▪️Previous customer service and retail experience
▪️Fitness industry experience preferred, but not essential
(A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping people is key)
▪️Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
▪️Quick learner who adapts well in a dynamic environment
▪️Strong attention to detail
▪️Reliable, hardworking, and takes ownership of their role
▪️Team-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
