Hi, I’m Lucy mum of 3 and long time yogi practitioner.�I’m passionate about supporting women’s health as we age. I believe that a blend of yoga or mobility work alongside strength training is essential to staying mobile, strong, and active through every stage of life. One quote that continues to inspire me is: “Live today how you’d like to feel in 10 years.”
With this in mind, I bring together my love of yoga and resistance training to create mindful movement practices that nurtures both body and mind—through traditional Hatha flow and weighted yoga. My aim is to help you feel grounded, resilient, and empowered in your own body.
Class descriptions-
Monday 7PM
Slow Flow
A gentle practice using intentional breath and mindful movement. This class will strengthen and release tension, aiming to leave you feeling grounded, centered and in balance.
Tuesday 930AM
Yoga Warrior
A dynamic fusion of traditional yoga asana and light resistance training. Designed to build strength, stability, mobility and stamina by adding hand held weights to familiar poses. All the while staying connected to self, breath and mindful movement.
