Brahma Kumaris Brisbane The Brahma Kumaris is a non-profit organisation teaching meditation, spirituality and positive thinking.

Brahma Kumaris comprises a worldwide network of like-minded individuals who are involved in a life-long process of learning and who align to a set of principles by which to live. We are inspired by the certainty that each one can make a difference to our future and to our ‘now’. We are connected by a deep and abiding love for, and orientation to return to inner-truth as a natural way of life. We share a dedication to a universal spirituality where the reference point for learning and living is the One Source, the Supreme Being.

An open class that focuses specifically on the practice of meditation and how to integrate it into everyday life. No prior experience or preconditions required. Each Saturday concentrates on a different challenge.

The last Saturday of each month is a two-hour session dedicated to creatively exploring meditation and meditation-based activities.
