ROMI ROMI - WHAT IS IT?

Romi Romi is a Maori healing bodywork that brings you into balance. It aligns you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I know that sounds like a tag line that is over used but Romi will do this for you. To bring balance we need to remove what is unbalanced, remove what has been suppressed, denied, ignored…

All my reviews are very honest and I appreciate this. They will speak of the pain that is experienced. I will find where it is and draw it out therefore you will feel what you’ve been suppressing.

This is the release and then the feeling of calmness and peace follows, balance! This is all done within a very safe space.

So apparently, a session with me is phenomenal. And no, I didn’t write that myself 😂

Having a Romi is like having a deep tissue massage for your soul bringing everything back into alignment. Clients come in stressed, low, and energetically scrambled like an egg at a Sunday brunch… and leave floating out the door like enlightened clouds! 😍🙌🏽

If you want to be unscrambled and feel like smooth silk come on in… your energy blockages should probably start packing. 😉

I’m truly grateful for all my reviews. They give you an insight for what to expect. It’s not always love and light it can be pain and anguish… but once that is released, you’ll feel bliss and euphoria! 🤍🤩 Peace.

REMEDIAL VS ROMI = S*X = Getting your Mojo back!

Whether it is romi or remedial, I want to find the cause of your pain. With remedial I’ll find the physical cause and then remedy the cause and its effect.

With romi I’ll find the cause but this is done energetically and it will generally turn up in past trauma or emotional suppression. I am then able to remedy it energetically, emotionally, mentally and physically therefore affect genuine healing.

When all these factors are connected and cleared, mojo is returned, balanced and lifted.

Romi is straight to the point which balances ALL of you. Remedial is good too but it is only dealing with one aspect of you, the physical. When you understand that you are more than just the physical then we can do more 😉

KANUKA ORA

How the new name evolved…

Through building a relationship with the rakau Kānuka. As you all know I went back to Aotearoa to study Rongoa Maori and one aspect of it was plant medicine.

Learning the healing properties of our native plants and how to traditionally use them and make them into balms, tincture, tea, oil, etc.

Her properties are antibacterial, anti fungal, anti inflammatory and a muscle and joint relaxant. Perfect for bodywork. She is both strong and soft - balance. I feel this is an essential element addressed within every Romi session. Finding each client’s balance of strength and softness.

Lastly, to carry on a part of my father’s legacy. He was a talented musician and wanted to have one last band called Kānuka before he passed… but it never came to be.

Meet Amy

Amy chose to invest in herself and purchased the 3 remedial treatment pack. Having three fortnightly treatments will bring her body back into correct alignment, release muscle tension, improve circulation and sleep, reduce inflammation, improve mobility, agility and range of motion (gym wins!) and give the body and mind a sense of ease.

Here are her before and after pics from the first session. The posture is already looking more aligned and stronger 💪🏽🫶🏽

I look forward to our next two sessions and seeing the results. Then if we are happy with the results she will be moved into a maintenance protocol 🤍

ROMI OR REMEDIAL?

Which do you choose?

I am very grateful for each review, each share, each like, each telling your fam or friend of the painful yet amazing treatment that you had with me.

Let’s be honest the amazing feeling, the euphoria doesn’t come until the end… IYKYK, right!?!

The pain you feel within the session, is me finding what has been held, concealed or buried for too long. That pain is dependant on how long you have protected it therefore… you will feel the release… hence the euphoria 🤍

I believe chronic issues are deeper than the physical ailment. The physical ailment is the flag for you to look within emotionally, spiritually and mentally… what needs to be unearthed and balanced?

Since being in the Sunshine Coast I have done 4:1 Romi and I love it!

But whether you receive Remedial or Romi I will align, balance and clear your body 💯🤍

Do you see the difference?

It is subtle yet it is huge…

had her first Romi with me. In her after pics you can see that she is more aligned, straighter and clearer…

Romi sessions are about reconnecting, clearing and balancing all of our bodies… ethereal, physical and mental.

Romi clears suppressed emotion and trauma at a cellular level and also the ethereal-Mauri. Everything that we experience in this lifetime is stored within us.

Generational history is also within us. We endeavour to replicate the good and expel the bad… in saying that, the bad also teaches us… when you experience pain to tend to heed the lesson, right?! But we want to clear the negative/lower vibrations that can be stored.

Each Romi session is very unique to the individual 🤍 How open they are to the process… how much they need to be opened… it is a weaving between them, I and our tupuna (ancestors) 🤍

I LOVE KIWI’S 🖤

Last week I gave a remedial treatment to and she mentioned that she played some professional netball. I thought ‘Cool!’

Obviously her body is very conditioned, very strong. It is obvious she has physically excelled for a long time. Near the end of the session I asked who she played for…she said and she quickly threw in Ex…
She still trains 7 days a week…

I’m immediately impressed because growing up in NZ the Silver Ferns would’ve been the strongest representation of female strength in sport.

So for me I felt honoured to have the capacity to treat this mana wahine…

But just before I went to write this post, I thought I should probably google her…

She was the Captain and the Vice Captain and the most capped player in the history of the Ferns… Whaaat!!!!!

She came in so humbly (I had no clue) but full of laughter and joy. It was a fun session… well for me 😉 IYKYK 😂 It’s never really fun for your first session. We’re starting at ground zero, it will only get better as your body is released and aligned.

I feel like I should say thank you for your service! 🫢😂 Thank you for being a shining example to girls and women young and old 🤍
