After many years of searching and dealing with my own health issues, I believe I've finally found the modalities that really find the cause of our illness, and pains physically and emotionally. We go searching, in HOPE that we will find someone who understands us and our situation, and who will be able to help us through our challenges, whether it be structural pain, nutritional deficiencies, or emotional pain. We spend much of our hard earned money trying to find ways to relieve these pains or illnesses and we keep on searching until we find something that works. I believe each and every client comes to me for a reason. Often I am learning as much from you as you are from being with me. My goal is always to help you, my client, to leave with a difference. It’s quiet… gentle… almost like a whisper.

It’s the moment you pause,
breathe a little deeper,
and allow yourself to simply be.

No fixing.
No forcing.
No rushing to become something else.

Some truths don’t need to be understood…
they need to be felt, gently and deeply within you.

“Suchness” isn’t something you can hold or figure out.
It’s what remains when you stop pushing,
when you soften your grip on life,
when you allow yourself to simply be.

If you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected…
this is your quiet reminder
you don’t have to chase peace.

You are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to breathe.
You are allowed to come home to yourself
just as you are, in this very moment.

Most people try to improve through self-criticism:

“What’s wrong with me?”
“Why can’t I get it together?”

But criticism triggers threat mode in the nervous system (shame, shutdown, avoidance), which makes consistency harder—not easier.

Self-compassion is a skill with 3 parts you can practice in real time:

Notice (mindfulness):
“This is hard right now.”

Normalize (common humanity):
“It makes sense I feel this way. I’m not the only one.”

Nurture (support): “What would help me take the next small step?”

Try this reframe today:

Instead of “I’m so lazy,” try “I’m overwhelmed—what’s one doable step?”

Instead of “I always mess up,” try “I’m learning—what’s the lesson here?”

My Story

Health and wellness naturally! SOUKYA- ”Wellness and happiness in this life and in all future lives' After many years of searching and dealing with my own health issues, I believe I've finally found the modalities that really find the cause of our illness, and pains physically and emotionally. I find most people go searching, in HOPE to find someone who understands us and our situation, and who will be able to help us through our challenges, whether it be structural pain, nutritional deficiencies, or emotional pain. We spend much of our hard earned money trying to find ways to relieve these pains or illnesses and we keep on searching until we find someone and/or something that works. Sometimes we wish we found it earlier and sometimes we are thankful we can now stop looking. I believe each and every client comes to me for a reason. Often I am learning as much from each client as they are from me. My passion is to empower, encourage and education people towards better health and wellness so that they can live the life they have always thought they could live. I know in my heart that when you connect with the right practitioner, who you trust and who truly shows care and compassion in their work, you feel safe and supported to grow and change to become your authentic self.
