After many years of searching and dealing with my own health issues, I believe I've finally found the modalities that really find the cause of our illness, and pains physically and emotionally. We go searching, in HOPE that we will find someone who understands us and our situation, and who will be able to help us through our challenges, whether it be structural pain, nutritional deficiencies, or emotional pain. We spend much of our hard earned money trying to find ways to relieve these pains or illnesses and we keep on searching until we find something that works. I believe each and every client comes to me for a reason. Often I am learning as much from you as you are from being with me. My goal is always to help you, my client, to leave with a difference. Relationships can be really beautiful…
and also a bit confronting at times, especially if you’re sensitive and self-aware.

Because they’re not just about love.
They’re about feeling safe. Having boundaries. Doing your inner work.
They tend to gently (or not so gently) show us the parts of ourselves that still need care.

You might notice things like:
💔 Giving too much and ending up exhausted
😣 Finding it hard to say what you actually need
🌀 Falling into the same patterns again and again
🤐 Staying quiet just to keep the peace

Here’s a little reminder though:
✨ Your needs matter
✨ Your feelings are valid
✨ You can be kind and have boundaries
✨ The relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every other one

Maybe this week, check in with yourself and ask:
💭 “What do I really need here?”

My Story

Health and wellness naturally! SOUKYA- ”Wellness and happiness in this life and in all future lives' After many years of searching and dealing with my own health issues, I believe I've finally found the modalities that really find the cause of our illness, and pains physically and emotionally. I find most people go searching, in HOPE to find someone who understands us and our situation, and who will be able to help us through our challenges, whether it be structural pain, nutritional deficiencies, or emotional pain. We spend much of our hard earned money trying to find ways to relieve these pains or illnesses and we keep on searching until we find someone and/or something that works. Sometimes we wish we found it earlier and sometimes we are thankful we can now stop looking. I believe each and every client comes to me for a reason. Often I am learning as much from each client as they are from me. My passion is to empower, encourage and education people towards better health and wellness so that they can live the life they have always thought they could live. I know in my heart that when you connect with the right practitioner, who you trust and who truly shows care and compassion in their work, you feel safe and supported to grow and change to become your authentic self.
