After many years of searching and dealing with my own health issues, I believe I've finally found the modalities that

really find the cause of our illness, and pains physically and emotionally. We go searching, in HOPE that we will find someone who understands us and our situation, and who will be able to help us through our challenges, whether it be structural pain, nutritional deficiencies, or emotional pain. We spend much of our hard earned money trying to find ways to relieve these pains or illnesses and we keep on searching until we find something that works. I believe each and every client comes to me for a reason. Often I am learning as much from you as you are from being with me. My goal is always to help you, my client, to leave with a difference. I spent so much of my life trying to hold everything together.

Trying to be accepted.
Trying to stay strong.
Trying to push through the pain, exhaustion, and emotional overwhelm without really understanding what was happening inside me.

I didn’t yet understand my sensitivity.
I didn’t know I was neurodivergent.
I just knew something felt deeply wrong.

So I kept disconnecting from myself in order to cope.

But eventually, my body could no longer carry what I was ignoring.

And that became the beginning of everything changing.

Healing didn’t happen because I “fixed” myself.

It happened because I finally started listening.

Listening to my body.
Listening to my emotions.
Listening to the patterns I had spent years trying to silence.

That journey is now the heart of the work I do today.

Supporting sensitive and overwhelmed women to reconnect with themselves gently, safely, and without judgment.

Tuesday reminder: you are allowed to slow down without guilt.

Rest isn’t a reward for productivity. It’s a biological need that your nervous system requires to regulate, repair, and restore. When you’ve been in survival mode—rushing, overgiving, carrying everyone else’s needs—your body doesn’t need another plan. It needs permission to land.

Today, try this:

5 minutes of silence (no phone, no input)
One hand on your heart, one on your belly
Breathe slowly and ask: “What do I actually need today?”
Then honour whatever comes up—even if it’s small. That’s how you rebuild trust with yourself. 🤍

If your body has been asking for stillness and you keep putting it last—consider this your sign. May 6 is a night dedicated entirely to YOUR rest, YOUR voice, YOUR reconnection. You deserve that.
