Yoga With Natalie Yoga and Meditation classes for people of all ages and abilities. Class begins with breathing to bring our focus within.

Specialising in individual and small groups to ensure the class matches the participants needs. My yoga classes are a general form of Hatha yoga with the aim of working the entire body, from the tip of the toes to the top of the head. Hatha Yoga is a combination of postures (stretches), balances, breathing and meditation/relaxation. We then move through a gentle warm up and progress into stronger

postures. The postures are performed sitting, laying and standing with amendments provided for any injury or aliment. The class is finished with another breathing practice and a relaxation or guided mediation. At the end of a class, participants should feel refreshed and relaxed and ready to resume their day with renewed energy.

Introduction to Yoga Course

In this 6 week course you will be introduced to the basics of a yoga session with me - Natalie.
Each week we will take a traditional pose and explain its form, function and how to get in and out of it.
We will cover sitting, standing and laying poses, as well as breathing and relaxation.
The final week will be an hour long class.

Day: Wednesday
Dates: 1 May to 5 June 2024
Time: 10:15 to 11am
Cost: $75 for the 6 weeks
Where: Taigum

There is a maximum of 8 people per session. Bookings are essential.
Yoga mats and props are supplied.
