My second hair transplant — one you might think I didn’t need.

It wasn’t planned, but I was ready. Hair transplants have come a long way since 2019 and results today are better than ever. This was about maximising my hair and creating balance. Medication thickened my crown faster than the front, so this was refinement, not chasing something unrealistic.

Hair transplants aren’t simple. Long-term planning, medical therapy, and choosing the right doctor matter. No procedure is without risk — research who and where you trust with your head.

Day 8 post op following a 3200 graft procedure with Dr Ruk. Today our client returned for his scab removal and the healing is already remarkable. The donor area has recovered beautifully and you can barely tell anything was done.

Donor management and extraction skill are equally as important as the design and density on top.

In this case, carefully extracted 6,500 grafts, yet the donor area somehow looks better than before — a reflection of precision, experience, and respect for each individual follicle.

This client wanted a natural, conservative hairline that would age well. With a limited donor area due to ethnicity, but coarse hair providing excellent coverage, we focused on strategic planning — creating strong framing while preserving grafts for potential future sessions if ever needed.
