as I take my 33rd lap around the sun this week im reminded as a trained dancer my body has been my teacher, my tool and my canvas. It taught me expression before I could find the words.

Massage therapy brought me to the other side of the spectrum. I’ve learned to read the body in a different language, it’s been my tool for healing others and myself.

at 33, I feel more connected to my purpose than ever. Not because I have all the answers, but because I trust the questions im asking. I honour my body and those I serve, not for how it looks, but for how it carries us through the uncertainty of life.

my life isn’t perfect, but it’s mine and I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
