Love working out from the comfort of my own home. Although work absorbed all my energy I still found motivation to get in a good sweat. This Tabata leg workout had me dripping with sweat this afternoon. 20 seconds on 10 seconds off - 5 rounds. Exercises include:
• Ladder jump squats
• Dead lifts
• Kettle bell swings
• Weighted lunges
I then followed through with an arm workout and a 20 minute walk. Running is getting too uncomfortable, not that I even enjoyed it anyway, so no loss there. I much prefer to get my cardio in with a HIIT (high intensity interval training) session! As for weights, I'm lifting half as much as I used to pre-pregnancy focusing on trying to keep toned for now rather than gaining muscle. Feeling much better than I did before this workout! 🙌🏽
