🧘♀️ WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES 🧘♀️
Gentle. Supporting. Grounding.
Join us for a 60 minute yoga class designed to support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Led by Jodes - a certified yoga teacher and menopause awareness facilitator - the classes offer a safe, welcoming space for women of all ages and life stages.
Whether you’re navigating hormonal changes, managing stress, or simply looking to reconnect with your body and breath, these classes are tailored to meet your needs. No experience or flexibility needed.

We’re planning to offer two weekly sessions - one morning and one evening - based on what suits the community best.
Please contact North West Healthy Women with your preferred day and time after registering:
• Tuesdays 6:00am or 7:00pm
• Thursdays 6:00am or 7:00pm
Final class times will be confirmed based on registrations.
*Please bring your own yoga mat
💲COST - $160 for a 6-week block. Your 6-week pass entitles you to one session per week, at the same day and time each week 🙌🏼
