The blur of motherhood!! It's so easy to get caught in the grind of school, sports, therapists and meal prep. But moments like this remind me why I quit management for Higher self-employment.

Back in 2011, I knew I'd never have kids if I stayed in telefundraising. The stress of chasing dollars made me infertile, despite the joy of helping charities. I wanted to see the sun set. I wanted to rest on Mondays. Most of all, I wanted to work from home, as I knew my kids would be hyperactive, psychic and require lots of TLC...

Here are some recent pix of our family:

1) Taking a photo of Ziggy is like trying to catch the wind.

2) One clear shot out of dozens. He did a great job with this drawing of a burger.

3) Yoshi egg fun.

4) Charlie bear. He's grown exponentially since having his tonsils out last year. I was soo stressed about the operation but the nurse said she's never seen a kid recover so fast.

No pics of Forrest because he was still drawing :)

5) When Ziggy and I have an argument, he gets out this farting elves sign to make me laugh. He even complimented my pedicure (I finally had one after a decade. See my next post about Tara Moss and her amazing talk.)

Ziggy has 4 x 2s in his DOB for peace making and human connection. Many of the new generation have this trait. They are smart kids who know how to charm and need strong boundaries.

New call! Face & Body Readings with Linda Thackray - Wed 13 May Hi folks, please join our next class with one of my favourite teachers, Linda Thackray (a 31/4 life path Heart Healer).

We'll meet from from 5.45 to 6.45pm AEST (Brisbane time) on Wed 13 May. We're doing mini-readings for attendees, as well as talking about healing your body image and the relationship with your weight/ outer appearance (a big theme for May 2026, a 6 Universal month of third eye healing).

Our society has an obsession with figures, be it income or physical shape. What if we looked beyond numbers to the Spiritual lessons? We'd have much more energy to change the world and help others.
