Infrared sauna, have you tried this before? What do you love about it?

I love a good sauna session after a long day or week. I used it a lot last year when I was in my corporate job, at least once a week. It can help with chronic fatigue and was one of the things that kept me going everyday.

Thankfully my energy levels are back up again and I don’t have to use it as much anymore. But it’s still a great ritual to add into your routine. Other potential benefits include:

- improved sleep
- improved heart health
- improved skin
- improved circulation
- reduced muscles soreness
- weight loss
- relaxation

If you haven’t tried it, I strongly recommend it. I go to .cave it’s an amazing spa like experience, I always feel so relaxed after I leave.

Infrared sauna

I love a good sauna after a long day. It helps me unwind and distress.

I used to use it a lot when I was working in my corporate job last year, at least once a week. It helps with chronic fatigue and was one of the things that kept me going everyday.

Thankfully my energy levels have returned so I don’t have to use it as much anymore. It’s still a great ritual to add in to your health and wellness routine. Other potential benefits include:

- improved sleep
- improved heart health
- reduced blood pressure
- assists with sore muscle relief
- improved skin tone

Definitely worth trying if you haven’t already.
