Birthday recharge time ✨

I’ve been quiet lately, deeply integrating the last 12 months of immense change.

Choosing my heart and love was the easy part. Shifting old patterns and rhythms to make way for the new, less easy.

I’ve felt it deeply in my physical body as I land all that I am more stably into the human experience.

I’m excited for the reemergence. Everything is wisdom. Everything is evolution.

Thank you for your love and support during this time of change personally and professionally.

My mission will never waiver or change.

Celebrating the final Kinesiology session in the IK Studio Sherwood with a Group Balance last night.

This space has seen it all. Indebted to these four walls for all they have held professionally for this community and also for me personally. This has been a safe space for many, an anchor and my ‘home’ for 9 years.

Last night’s session focused on letting go and completion. We ‘closed the bones’ on the versions of us who were ready for rebirth. We opened to grief, compassion, release and expansion.

The most magical aspect of the session was the potency of the divine feminine that threaded through it. The invitation was to back the self with a deep internal knowing and in doing so we would be harnessing the power of many.
It was clear that in taking a step for self, authorised by self, a groundswell of support would follow. For the women present, it was a palpable calling.

I am looking forward to many more group balances, online and in person sessions from the new IK studio in Caloundra; backed by the healing powers of the ocean.

What I love about the Christmas period regardless of circumstances, is how it invites us to reflect. A pause to acknowledge our year, in all its flavours and colours.

So many of us have ridden rollercoasters constantly this year and done our best to seek support to hold us in the crazy times.

I am so deeply appreciative of those of you who have included me in your support crew. I have loved showing up as best I could to hold your hand when required. This is a part of my purpose that I’ll never shy away from. When I say ‘I’m there’, I truly mean it.

Despite the many (very beautiful and surprising) distractions this year, I am so happy to be showing up for this post to reflect on my year too.

Thank you for your incredible and loving support of the 2024 plot twist. Who knew such magic was possible?!

When I was asked to set intentions many years ago, I stated simply; ‘a loving partner with a home by the beach.’

Well, this year it came true. In ways I could never have scripted nor dreamed up; and in ways that surpassed anything I could have ever wanted.

It has reset my awareness of what is possible and gifted me of a whole new medicine to serve with.

To my love, thank you for lighting up my life with the type of love I always sensed but never knew was possible.

Happy holidays to all of you. I cannot wait to continue supporting you, however that looks into the new year.

What this means for you:

+ There will be less appointments available in Sherwood, so please be mindful of booking in advance.

+ No new clients will be able to book in for Sherwood, but new clients are welcome to book an online session or in person at the Sunshine Coast

+ All online appointments will be booked in for Sunshine Coast week (fortnightly availability)

But first, there are some changes to update you on!

Just like the seasons come and go, so do businessess change and grow. Ignite Kinesiology turns 9 in May, and with that comes a completion of a pretty incredible season.

For the first quarter of 2025, I will be seeing clients in two locations! Sherwood and Shelly Beach, alternating weeks.

What this means for you:

+ There will be less appointments available in Sherwood, so please be mindful of booking in advance.

+ Current clients will receive an email with a booking link tomorrow to ensure priority appointments. If you don’t receive the email, please contact me.

+ No new clients will be able to book in for Sherwood, but new clients are welcome to book an online session or in person at the Sunshine Coast

+ All online appointments will be booked in for Sunshine Coast week (fortnightly availability)

+ Online Bookings via the website will open to the wider community on November 1.

As the Tao Te Ching describes, change is the natural order of evolution. The only constant IS change, and embracing this creates ease and flow, allowing for the perfection of timing. I truly believe in the beauty of all of this both personally and professionally, at this time right now.

I was drawn to visit the bottle tree this morning and it dawned on me that we are on the precipice of a full moon that (as I believe) is harvesting the seeds sewn 6 months ago.

Earlier in the year, this same bottle tree had held me during a 40 day dieta of receiving its medicine.

I had set the intention of the bottle tree reflecting the archetype of the grandmother, offering the safe scaffolding and saturnian energy of laying down foundations for the future. Each visit over the 40 day period, I lent into curiosity around what my heart was desiring, what I truely wanted and fuelling my heart fire.

In April, during the Return to Origin group program, we walked ourselves home, after acknowledging our original wounding and offering the healing balm. This sewed the seeds for an incredible transformation to occur.

Reflecting on what transpired over the last 6 months in preparing for tomorrow’s harvest is quite unbelievable. I could not have written the script nor believed it possible. But I’ve landed home and everything my heart desired and wanted is there.

I am grateful for being led to the bottle tree this morning to fully distill the wisdom of this year’s lessons and gifts. It offers me so much new detail to share in my service. And I continue to welcome the joys of being a student of life, showing up for all of it.

We spend so much energy and time searching for something we think we need, and all the while it already exists. Simply through acceptance.

Finding acceptance in all that is here and now happens when we are willing to come home to self. To orient from self. To recognise our reality beyond any illusion or group thought.

The Return to Origin group program has just wrapped up after 8 weeks of deep transformation with 11 amazing women. What a life changing experience; one that I could never have expected nor predicted. What we co-birthed was way beyond the limitations of our mind and it was a privilege to be a vessel holder.

I feel I have so much more to share when the words arrive.

For now, I am home at the ocean, ritualising and honouring the last 2 months. Setting the energies free to experience life in a new, deeper, more connected way. There is nothing like coming home.

Forever changed. Forever free.

[Part 2] My experience of the balance I received from yesterday was a deep sense of zen and nurturance of the nervous system, knowing that I’ve accessed that state via the consideration of my chakras and therefore my energetic body. As many of you know, harmonisation of science and spirituality is my jam and I’m thrilled to have another tool. I sense it will be the perfect accompaniment to my Integration of Experiences system.

To top off my deep gratitude for this experience, I was able to attend this moment in history, live, in person, at Urliup. A place where I have honed my craft over years of study under Hugo’s tutelage. To be there yesterday was a full circle moment.

This course was scheduled after I already had a full day of clients booked. Yet something in me knew I needed to be there. I reached out to my four clients requesting a reschedule and ALL of them responded with not only an ‘of course’ but an emphatic ‘go and enjoy the course, I can’t wait to hear about it!’ This response really moved me and reminded me of the power of reciprocity within my community of clients. They know how much I give them and were more than willing to show up for me too. It meant a lot. So if you were one of those humans that shifted their session yesterday…THANK YOU.

Bravo Hugo . And thanks for continuing to allow the development of Kinesiology to continue into the future. I’m sure it will sustain our modality for centuries to come.
