Suzie Harte is a PhD qualified, children's health researcher (UQFoM), specialist paediatric dietitian and nutritionist, graduate of Queensland University of Technology, operating in Bowen Hills, Brisbane QLD. Grass Roots Nutrition and Newsletter is an initiative launched in 2008 for information sharing, extended in 2015 to provide the most recent, evidenced based nutrition and dietetic advice as well as practical approaches to health eating for wellness optimisation. The website operates as an adjunct to The Grass Roots Nutrition Private Practice offering services relating to medical nutrition therapy for chronic disease management, weight management, eating disorders, child and teen nutrition and sports nutrition.

Mid-week meal sorted! Recipe below ⬇️

Salmon in foil
Serves 1 | On the table in 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 piece fresh salmon (110g)
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 teaspoon baby capers, rinsed
Half lemon
1 cob of corn
Half bunch broccolini

Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180c
2. Line baking tray with foil
3. Place salmon on foil and top with tomatoes, baby capers and lemon
4. Wrap fish in foil and bake for 20 minutes
5. Serve with steamed corn and boccolini.

Nutrition:
Energy 2125Kj, Total fat 24.0g, Carbs 24.5g, Protein 40.9g, Saturated fat 4.7g, Sodium 139.5mg, Fibre 11.7g
