Through breath and movement, we learn to ground ourselves in the present moment, bringing much-needed ease to both body and mind.
Yoga has been a transformative gift in my life, and I would love to share it with you in our local Ferny Hills home studio.

My teaching style is inclusive and down-to-earth. We have a wonderful, small yoga community here where everyone is welcome—whether it’s your very first time on the mat or you’ve been practicing for years.
The video I’m sharing was filmed on a recent trip to Swansea, Tasmania. I wanted to share it to show that while I am a Registered Senior Level Teacher and Yoga Therapist, I’m not a "hot-shot" yogi! I’m a dedicated practitioner who uses yoga to navigate the "tough stuff" and the everyday stuff, just like anyone else.
