Jill's initial Yoga study was in the Hatha tradition and since then has continued to study in a number of different styles including Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini and evidence-based practices in her 650 hr training in Yoga Therapy; all of these trainings contribute to a rich and diverse teaching style. These classes are held at the beautiful Yoga Sol studio in Ferny Hills, Brisbane. Each class is 75 mins , you can book in using the MindBody App. Jill brings a sense of fun to all of her classes and loves to see that students enjoy themselves. Other offerings include Mentoring for new or emerging Yoga teachers. Mentoring gives support, guidance and opportunities for reflection in an intentional way. Mentoring is available face-to-face or if you would prefer on-line , that is an option too. Jill now also offers Yoga Therapy and Reiki sessions. Yoga Therapy is an intensive service which involves an individual assessment of you and for you - together we can find a way forward for you so that you can live your best life.
