When you’re feeling unwell … you make chicken broth! Used the cookidoo poached chicken recipe but tweaked it by using the open lid mode on the TM7 to cook at 95 degrees. Beauty of open lid cooking is that blades don’t move and you can manually stir/taste food as you’re cooking! If you have TM6, you can use slow cook mode too
