Busy day in the kitchen! Both thermies and stove top used to make 4 serves bolognaise sauce, frittata for lunches this week, meatballs in red sauce (using new open lid recipe), 2l pumpkin soup and steamed whole chicken, marinated chicken wings, cooked brown rice for fried rice tomorrow night & steamed corn, mayonnaise and boiled eggs for Caesar salad for dinner tonight! When you’re feeling unwell … you make chicken broth! Used the cookidoo poached chicken recipe but tweaked it by using the open lid mode on the TM7 to cook at 95 degrees. Beauty of open lid cooking is that blades don’t move and you can manually stir/taste food as you’re cooking! If you have TM6, you can use slow cook mode too
