My philosophy is based on the importance of giving ourselves space to rest and recharge so we can live at our very best level of health and well–being. By offering a sanctuary from the demands of everyday life, my aim is that through my synergistic approach to reflexology treatments, people will be able to reconnect with themselves. Reflexology is a complementary holistic therapy where you are considered as a whole and encouraged to develop self-awareness. The ultimate aim is to achieve a healthy balance for you, the client. It can help to restore and maintain your body’s natural equilibrium. You may even think about yourself holistically for the first time ever. This is a gentle therapy designed to calm, sooth and promote your body’s own healing responses. Suitable for all ages it may provide relief from a wide range of conditions when you are treated regularly.

The Japanese Cosmo Face lift treatment protocol, combines methods from Oriental medicine, using reflex points on the face which are related to the meridians, reflex zones on the face from a South American indigenous method, Vietnamese reflex areas with Japanese inspired lifting massage techniques to simulate muscle tone, circulation and lymphatic drainage.

Starting with a combination of acupressure / meridian point stimulation. Then working each side of the face individually with lifting and toning techniques, and at the same time working with facial reflexology maps = systems and organs of the body to work in any specific areas that correspond to health issues.

The final steps are a Japanese inspired facial massage and the use of clear quartz crystal spheres to cool the face and to disconnect and clear the energy connect between you and I.

As evening descends, let meditation become your gateway to tranquility. Find a quiet spot, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. With each inhale, imagine worries melting away. With each exhale, feel tension release from your muscles. Let your thoughts simply drift by, observing them without judgment. In this peaceful space, your mind quiets and your body prepares for a restful night's sleep.

Breathe Easy! ‍♀️ Reflexology Tip for Stress & Hormones
Feeling stressed & hormonal? Chronic stress disrupts hormones, leading to mood swings & anxiety.
As a reflexologist, I recommend box breathing to find calm:
1. Inhale slowly for 4 seconds.
2. Hold for 4 seconds. ✋
3. Exhale slowly for 4 seconds.
4. Repeat 3-4 times.
Box breathing activates your relaxation response, lowering stress & potentially aiding hormonal balance. ⚖️

Facial Reflexology: facial stimulation is a powerful delivery method because it is the shortest pathway to the nerve cells which connect to the brain stem. The brain releases endorphins which are produced naturally by the nervous system to cope with pain or stress. They are often referred to as "feel-good" hormones because they can act as a pain reliever and happiness booster. Your entire body can be mapped out on your face- (a microcosm of a macrocosm refers to a vision of where the part (microcosm) reflects the whole (macrocosm) and vice versa).

Perimenopause marks the transitional phase signaling the end of a woman's reproductive years. It typically begins several years before the cessation of menstrual periods. During perimenopause, hormonal fluctuations, particularly in estrogen levels, lead to various physical and emotional changes. Onset can occur in a woman's 40s but may vary for different individuals. The duration of perimenopause also varies, ranging from a few months to several years.
