One change, big difference 👌

I don’t avoid snack foods altogether. But I do avoid handing over those crinkly, brightly coloured packets. Why?

Because kids connect the packet with fun, novelty and excitement — not the actual food inside.

Instead, I serve snack foods outside the packet in fun containers:
✨ Silicone muffin cups
✨ Measuring spoons and little bowls
✨ Ice cube trays
✨ Colourful cups
✨ Reusable bento boxes

Same food, but the magic of marketing is gone — and the obsession (somewhat) settles 😉

These snacks are delicious, crunchy and super satisfying.

Make a batch for your freezer and thank me next time the 3pm cravings hit.

All you need is:
1c soy crisps
1/4c h**p seeds
2T honey
1/4c coconut oil melted
1/8c cocoa

Mix
Pop into mini silicon muffin holes
Freeze
enjoy ☺️
