🧠 Mental Health First Aid Course 🧠

We’re proud to be hosting an upcoming Mental Health First Aid Course, empowering participants with the knowledge and confidence to support others during challenging times.

Facilitated by Dr Matthew Warren-James, this evidence-based course teaches you how to provide initial support to an adult who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis, until professional help is available or the crisis resolves.

Throughout the course, participants will learn:
🤍 How to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental health problems in adults
🤍 Use an evidence-based action plan to initiate a mental health first aid conversation
🤍 Assess for a range of crisis situations and provide initial support
🤍 Understand the prevalence and impact of mental illnesses, risk and factors and treatments and supports available
🤍 Apply self-care practices as a Mental Health First Aid Aider

All attendees will receive a Certification of Completion from Mental Health First Aid Australia, a global health promotion charity dedicated to delivering trusted, evidence-based mental health education.

We’re excited to open enrolments for our Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Program, designed especially for primary school–aged children (5–12 years).

This nurturing, term-based program supports children’s physical, emotional and social wellbeing through age-appropriate yoga, mindfulness, movement and relaxation - all delivered in a safe, welcoming studio environment. Classes are engaging, playful and confidence-building, helping children develop focus, self-awareness and emotional regulation.

This week we’re highlighting Breathing on the Cadillac - a foundational STOTT PILATES® exercise and core principle.

The dynamic Total Barre® program guides instructors in bringing music-inspired movement to their clients. The course explores 11 specially arranged and selected segments that serve as a template for each session or class.

Upon completion of the Instructor Foundation Course, participants will be equipped to confidently teach the Total Barre® method of exercise.
