✨ June Studio Theme - Essence of Balance ✨

This month at Inna Essence, we’re exploring Essence of Balance - the harmony between doing and being. 🌙

Balance is something we’re all searching for. Not just physical balance in how we move, but mental balance in how we think, feel and navigate daily life. It’s finding steadiness amidst busy schedules, creating moments of calm, and learning when to push forward - and when to pause.

As we move into the cooler season, June invites us into a gentle seasonal recalibration - a chance to reflect on our routines, make mindful choices, and reconnect with what helps us feel grounded and supported.

This month, we’ll be exploring balance in all its forms:
⚖️ Physical Balance - building strength, coordination and stability through Pilates, yoga and mindful movement
🧠 Mental & Emotional Balance - slowing down, breathing deeply, and making space for mindfulness and meditation
🤍 Work/Life Harmony - finding ways to care for yourself amidst the busyness of everyday life

Incorporating more movement into your life can have such a powerful impact, helping to:
✨ Improve strength, flexibility and posture
✨ Reduce stress and support mental wellbeing
✨ Increase energy and focus
✨ Improve sleep and mood
✨ Build resilience - physically and emotionally
✨ Create dedicated time to reconnect with yourself

Whether it’s a reformer class, yoga flow, strength session, barre workout, or simply taking time to breathe - we invite you to explore what balance looks like for you this month.

🌸 Keep an eye out - we’ll also be hosting a special Yoga Balance Workshop in studio shortly, with more details coming soon!

Let’s move toward balance together 🤍

✨ May Studio Theme Wrap-Up - Essence of Movement ✨

As May comes to a close, we’ve been reflecting on our studio theme - Essence of Movement - and what a joy it has been to celebrate movement in all its forms with our beautiful community. 💖

This month reminded us that movement is not just something we do - it’s something we experience.

Movement is energy.
Movement is expression.
Movement is life.

We’ve seen movement show up in so many ways this month - in the strength built during reformer classes, the calm found in yoga, the challenge embraced in strength sessions, the joy of simply showing up, and the quiet commitment to caring for our bodies.

A huge congratulations to all of our members who participated in our Move More in May Challenge 👏💪

Your commitment to movement this month has been nothing short of inspiring. From trying new classes, building consistency, embracing challenges and continuing to show up for yourselves - it has been such a privilege to witness your dedication.

We hope this challenge reminded you that movement doesn’t need to be perfect - it just needs to be purposeful. Whether you moved with intention, curiosity, consistency, or simply in a way that felt good for your body, every movement mattered ❤️

Thank you for embracing this month with such enthusiasm, positivity and energy. Our community continues to inspire us every single day.

Here’s to carrying the joy of movement with us - one breath, one class and one step at a time ✨

✨ Come for the Classes, Stay for the Community ✨

Recently, one of our beautiful members returned to the studio after breaking her ankle at the end of last year.

After six months of moon boots, rehabilitation, and patiently waiting for her body to heal, she walked back through our doors last Monday for her first class back. 💗

After class, we had a chat with her, expecting her to talk about how good it felt to move again (which it did!) - but what she was most excited about was something else.

She was happy to be back amongst her people.
The smiling faces.
The familiar hellos.
The warmth of the community.
The feeling of being back in her happy place.

And honestly? That says everything about who we are.

Yes, Inna Essence is about movement. It’s about Pilates, yoga, barre, strength, mobility, and feeling good in your body.

But it’s also about belonging.

It’s about walking into a room where people know your name. Where you’re welcomed with a smile. Where you feel supported, encouraged, and genuinely happy to be there.

Because when movement feels good - and the people around you make you feel even better - you’ll want to keep coming back.

✨ Come for the classes. Stay for the community. ✨

✨ Thankful Thursday ✨

Today, we’re celebrating beautiful member Madeleen B, who has been part of the Inna Essence community since 2024. 💖

After experiencing a lower back injury many years ago, Madeleen came to Pilates looking for support - and is now feeling the incredible benefits of regular movement, including increased core strength, more energy, and feeling stronger in everyday life. 🌿

Stories like Madeleen’s remind us that Pilates isn’t about perfection - it’s about moving in a way that supports your body, building strength over time, and creating confidence in movement again.

We are so grateful to have Madeleen as part of our community and thank her for sharing her experience with us. ✨
