At Niggles & Knots Massage Brisbane, we put getting you pain-free, healthy & happy first because we really care. We offer both specific remedial work to recover from specific injuries and conditions, and maintenance massage to assist with sports recovery or general wellness. We take the time to consult with you to ensure that our unique combination of remedial massage techniques are customised to your individual needs. Your experienced therapist will combine relaxation and deep tissue massage with myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hot & cold stone therapy, cupping, thai massage, reflexology, Indian head massage or ka huna to name a few. We provide a full assessment at your first consult & ongoing treatment plans as well as self-maintenance ideas for you to achieve your goals. We make sure you receive your full treatment time (and sometimes a little extra), and we never rush you out the door. And we provide all of this in a relaxing Ashgrove massage clinic space with your therapist totally dedicated to you, our sole client, through your treatment time.
