Perimenopause so so much more than just “hormones”.
It’s sleep changes, mood shifts, body composition changes, energy dips & possibly a different relationship with stress.
And it can feel unsettling.
As naturopaths, we don’t look at one symptom in isolation, we look at the whole terrain: nervous system, gut health, metabolic resilience, muscle mass, microbiome, hormones, lifestyle.
Not to chase perfection.
But to find opportunities to build steadiness.
You don’t have to white-knuckle your way through this transition.
