An experiment that used two groups:
1. (Same Day): That did bicep curls and bike cycling for 30 mins straight after training
and
2. (Different Day): That did bicep curls and did the bike cycling on a different day.

Difference between the bicep sizes after 8 weeks was 7.1% in favour of different day.

Either way if you do weight/cardio training on the same day, add in Alien Supps Plant Protein post workout to ensure optimal recovery!

🍫 Perfect for the weekend - Double Choc Protein Bites! 🍫

1/4 cup of quick oats
1 cup of pitted dates
3 Tbsp of almond butter
1 Tbsp of honey
2 Tbsp of cocoa powder
1 scoop of Alien Supps Plant Chocolate Malt Protein Powder

INSTRUCTIONS πŸ“
1. Add quick oats blender and pulse until they reach the consistency of flour.
2. Add dates, almond butter, and honey, and continue processing until well combined.
3. You will probably need to scrape down the sides of your blender and add a few teaspoons of water to get things moving.
4. Add water sparingly, as adding too much will make the dough too sticky.
5. Add cocoa and Alien Supps protein powder and continue processing until fully combined.
6. Transfer dough to a small bowl and add chocolate chips, mixing by hand until well incorporated. Use a tablespoon to divide dough into 12 equal portions, rolling each portion into a ball.
7. Place bites in fridge for ~20 minutes to allow them to set.
8. Add a little sugar free ice magic chocolate syrup to serve.

1 cup all-natural peanut butter
1 cup quick-cooking oats
Β½ cup raw honey

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine peanut butter, oats, honey, and protein powder
2. Roll mixture into 22 balls, each about 1-inch in size.

Try this body weight Leg Workout:
Warm Up – 5 min light jog

Complete the below one after another:
Bodyweight squats 15 reps
Walking lunges – 20 steps
Squat jump on spot - 10 reps
Wall sit – 1 min
50m sprint 80% effort
Calf raisers – standing 30reps
Repeat 4 times through as a circuit (Warm up not included in circuit). Take 3-4 mins rest after each circuit is complete
