As we age, our appetites can play tricks on us! 🍽️ Your brain might tell you you're not hungry when your body actually needs fuel. Changes in taste, smell, and even medications can affect how much we want to eat.​
The solution? Eat by the clock! ⏰ Try to have something nutritious every few hours, even if you don't feel hungry. Make every mouthful count with protein-rich, calorie-dense foods.​
