We often think strength training is just about aesthetics… but one day it becomes much bigger than that.

It becomes about preventing injury.
About keeping your bones strong.
About being able to carry your groceries, play with your kids, travel, walk, move freely for decades.

This is one of the biggest nutrition myths.
