It’s that time of the year when every personal trainer, nutritionist and ‘nutrition coach’ suddenly turns into a mindfulness podcast:
Be mindful of what you eat. Be mindful of what you drink.
Mate… relax.
If you’ve done the work all year, Christmas and New Year are not going to undo 12 months of progress.
Stop turning food into a crime scene.
Have the drink. Eat the dessert. Get a little drunk if you want.
Calories don’t count between Christmas and New Year — scientifically. (Probably.)
