Earlier this year I had the privilege of delivering a mindfulness workshop for Year 12 students at Churchie.
We explored practical tools to manage stress, sharpen focus, and perform at their best in what can be one of the most demanding school years.

Research shows mindfulness can reduce stress, improve attention, and even support performance under pressure — whether in exams or on the sports field.
