Remedial massage is an effective alternative treatment that helps restore the body to its optimal health. When muscles and tendons become impaired, damaged, tight or immobile a remedial massage can provide a healing treatment that can have effects on the whole body. Remedial massage will assist in improving stress related conditions, circulatory concerns, muscular aches and injuries, encourage venous and lymphatic flow, assist with repetitive strain injuries, lengthen shortened soft tissue, loosen scar tissue, improve post-operative recovery, and enhances physical and psychological relaxation.

Remedial massage can be claimed through most health funds.
