Get strong and focused during your pregnancy to help prepare you for labour and birthing! This variation of chair pose (see photo) helps get strength in the legs if you would like to have an active labour. The ability to hold the pose while breathing through any intense sensations in the thighs is physically, mentally and emotionally challenging and can help you stay focused through contractions.
Join our Wed night yoga class for some time out just for you to meet other mums, get strong but also to de-stress, relax and stretch away any tension.
Find some balance in your pregnancy with a class to meet your needs! Do as little or as much as you feel depending on your stage of pregnancy.
