What a thoughtful gesture from a newly transferred client!

Yesterday, I met with a gentleman who had purchased hearing aids from another provider but was dissatisfied with both the service and the sound quality. During our appointment, I took the time to go over his hearing loss, how hearing aids function, and how to properly care for them.

At the end of the session, he said, “I’ve learned more in this one-hour appointment than I have in nearly three years of wearing hearing aids.”

As a token of appreciation, he returned with a beautiful cake for us to share. Moments like these truly make our work meaningful.
