A healing story.

One of my clients first came to me for Spinal Flow (SF) at the end of December 2023. In the 11 months since then she received SF 3 times and Energy Healing (EH) 8 times.

There was a 4 month break between April and August as she thought she could not afford to come so often. So I advised her to book in for EH once a month to maintain her health and well being. And she is doing that.

Now to the actual healing story.

One of the various healing outcomes she experiences is fantastic.

Since our very first session together 11 months ago, she has not had a migraine! Life changing healing as in the previous two years she had severe migraines twice a month.

How wonderful!

I am the combined result of everything that has happened to me. All of my experiences have shaped me into the person I am right now. Understanding that is key to my own healing and continued work on myself, and how I liaise with friends and family.

It is also key when I am working with you via one on one Energy Healing or Spinal Flow, or guiding you through group yoga/somatic sessions.

I love healing. It is what I should have done from day one. Well of course I was with children, friends and colleagues without them knowing.

But now, it is just so good to say it out loud and live in the heartfelt and soulful knowing of who I am and the gifts I have to help others.
