At Savasana Collective we are a movement of people who are striving for a holistic approach to wellbeing and mental health. We believe that by creating a community of people who discover the best in themselves we can create positive change throughout our community (and our world). We do this through one on one coaching or counselling, professional development either online or face-to-face and through our online courses and toolkits. We have professional psychologists, clinical counsellors and social workers guiding our practice.

This leads us to our name – lets start with Savasana. Savasana is the final pose in yoga- to the untrained eye it may look like an easy pose- people lie in the position known as corpse pose and literally lay down- feet and hands turned out and laying on the back. However Savasana is described by many as the most difficult pose in yoga. It actually requires the person to let go of thoughts and raise levels of awareness and focus. To be here and now. To let go of all tension in the body, all thoughts of the mind and let the spirit be. It is actually the most restorative of all the yoga poses.This reflects our principles…

They stick when you’re supported to actually implement them especially when your stress is high and old patterns that you thought were gone, want to sneak back in and take over.
