All unwanted symptoms are the bodies way of communicating with you that something isnt right and you need to look into it.
How else would it get your attention? π
This is functional medicine, looking at system failures and blocks resulting in symptoms. Then using functional testing to take a deeper look.

2 Ingredient Bread ππ₯ Can't believe it actually turned out so good!!
2 Ingredients * Probiotic - rich
All you need is : πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
3 1/4 Cups SR Flour
475g Kefir (or full cream milk)
Grab your bowl
Mix these together. there's no need to knead! Just make sure theyre blended.
Add on any seeds for decoration, we used sesames. And paint the top with beated egg.
Add to oven at 180C for approx 45 min or until a skewer comes clean.
Serve & devour πππ Save this for when you need.

Study also highlights more proof that thoughts, stress, emotions, neurological conditions- everything happening upstairs - can directly impact things like digestion, immunity, hormones, overall health⦠and vice versa.
Best part is that more findings like this can positively lead to more open doors for therapeutic strategies that target gut and brain conditions!
This topic always sparks the most curiosity and engagement in my health education sessions for good reason too; people have literally changed what's on their plate to level up their goals, accordingly.
