You can consume high-quality nutrients, but without the right biochemical environment, absorption remains suboptimal.

Here's how science explains it:

Curcumin on its own has very low bioavailability.
Piperine from black pepper increases its absorption dramatically.

This is chemistry, not a recipe.

Plant-based (non-heme) iron is poorly absorbed.

Thyroid issues are on the rise ๐Ÿ’ฅ

However the thyroid most often isnt the issue.

Stress, gut health, hormone imbalance and nutrient deficiencies are causing the majority of Thyroid issues.

All unwanted symptoms are the bodies way of communicating with you that something isnt right and you need to look into it.

2 Ingredients * Probiotic - rich

All you need is : ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

3 1/4 Cups SR Flour
475g Kefir (or full cream milk)

Grab your bowl
Mix these together. there's no need to knead! Just make sure theyre blended.

Add on any seeds for decoration, we used sesames. And paint the top with beated egg.

Add to oven at 180C for approx 45 min or until a skewer comes clean.

Serve & devour ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ Save this for when you need.

Study also highlights more proof that thoughts, stress, emotions, neurological conditions- everything happening upstairs - can directly impact things like digestion, immunity, hormones, overall healthโ€ฆ and vice versa.

Best part is that more findings like this can positively lead to more open doors for therapeutic strategies that target gut and brain conditions!

This topic always sparks the most curiosity and engagement in my health education sessions for good reason too; people have literally changed what's on their plate to level up their goals, accordingly.
