2 Ingredients * Probiotic - rich

3 1/4 Cups SR Flour
475g Kefir (or full cream milk)

Grab your bowl
Mix these together. there's no need to knead! Just make sure theyre blended.

Add on any seeds for decoration, we used sesames. And paint the top with beated egg.

Add to oven at 180C for approx 45 min or until a skewer comes clean.

Serve & devour πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ Save this for when you need.

Study also highlights more proof that thoughts, stress, emotions, neurological conditions- everything happening upstairs - can directly impact things like digestion, immunity, hormones, overall health… and vice versa.

Best part is that more findings like this can positively lead to more open doors for therapeutic strategies that target gut and brain conditions!
